Dr. Nathan Hehr received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 1993. He joined the Nettleton Dental Group that same year.

Dr. Hehr is a member of the American Dental Association, the North Central District Dental Society, the Iowa Academy of Comprehensive Dentistry and the past president of the Iowa Dental Association. He is also the past recipient of the “Outstanding New Dentist” award from the Iowa Dental Association.

Dr. Hehr is married to Dr. Stephanie Nettleton and they have three children. Dr. Hehr is very active in the Mason City community. He participates in the Iowa Dental Association’s Mission of Mercy, is a member of the Mason City Noon Lions Club, is a member of the Mason City Foundation Board of Directors, and is a member of Epiphany Parish Catholic Church. Dr. Hehr has also been recognized by the Globe Gazette’s “30 under 40” publication.

In his free time, Dr. Hehr enjoys singing in his church choir, song leading, spending time with his children and their activities, boating and waterskiing, running, biking, and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes.
